Why do I see a different name on the image of my cape when I check out? We would love to have that feature and maybe we will in the future. For now we use an example to give you an idea of what it will look like. Rest assured we will get the right name on your cape.
Why does it take so long to ship out? Each cape is personalized. The customization process requires multiple steps that take a bit of time. We will get them out as quickly as possible.
How do I take care of my cape? Our capes are made from a durable microfiber/polyester fabric. Throw them in your washing machine on a cold cycle and hang to dry.
Can I upload a picture for my cape? Again, maybe one day, but for now you get to choose from our stellar designs.
Why are the colors of the cape a bit different in the lifestyle pictures? This is a result of our dying process. Don’t worry colors come out vibrant and crisp on your cape and we think you will be very pleased.
When I make a reversible side option why doesn’t the picture of the reverse side appear in my cart? We would love for the reverse side image to show, but unfortunately we are limited by our check out options. Don’t worry as long as see your two design descriptions listed you are in good shape.
If I order a single side why is the reverse side white? All our capes start as white before the dying process.
Is this a screen print? It is not. We have a process where the ink is permanently dyed into the fabric.
